extract `POSReady.zip` to `C:\Windows\Resources\Themes`, then apply the style in `Display Properties>Appearance`.

use `POSReady titlebar fix.theme` to apply a custom theme with modified settings so it appears as it does in the other XP themes (by default the titlebar text is smaller)
